Exchange rules
The essentials
Payment, verification and refunds. Read the exchange rules for full details.
- 01
The rate is held for a set time
After you create a request the rate is held for a limited time. If payment does not arrive in time, your manager offers to extend it or recalculate at the current rate.
- 02
Payment counts on arrival
A request is paid once funds reach the agreed details or the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Sending a payment is not the same as it arriving.
- 03
You check the payout details
Card or account number, beneficiary name, network and wallet address, city and payout method — check them before sending. A wrong detail can pause the request.
- 04
AML / KYC / KYT checks
Our approach is risk-based: for large amounts or unusual routes we may ask for documents or the source of funds.
- 05
Cancel before execution starts
You can cancel until funds arrive or execution starts. After that, only by agreement and net of costs already incurred.
- 06
Mismatches are settled together
Under- or over-payment — your manager offers a top-up, a recalculation, a partial payout or a refund of the excess.

Answers before the operation
Timing, fees, checks and payout methods — short and clear.
Some directions start from 15 minutes. A typical deal takes 60–120 minutes. In some cases, depending on the direction, bank, network or review, it may take up to 24 hours.
The rate depends on the market situation, the deal amount, the payout method and the exchange direction.
We do not undercut the price through questionable liquidity sources or by skimping on checks — we prioritise reliability and transparency. Individual terms are available for large deals and regular clients.
The fee depends on the direction, payout method and deal terms. The final amount and available methods are shown before you create a request; there are no hidden fees.
In some cases, yes. Depending on the amount, direction and legal requirements, we may request documents to verify identity or the source of funds.
This helps protect clients, partners and the payment infrastructure.
We work with bank transfers and cards, cash in the office, ATM payouts, cryptocurrencies, and also digital gold (XAUT), silver and tokenized assets.
Available methods depend on the country, currency and exchange direction.
Yes. For large operations we offer an individual rate, liquidity reservation, a personal manager and, where needed, step-by-step settlement.
Terms are agreed individually.
After the order is created you receive a link to a page showing its current status. All key stages are displayed there, from rate lock to payout confirmation.
If you have the order number, you can also share it with the manager and they will check the status in real time.
We focus on transparent operations, verifying the cleanliness of funds, and supporting the client at every step of the deal. Some directions start from 15 minutes. A typical deal takes 60–120 minutes. In some cases, depending on the direction, bank, network or review, it may take up to 24 hours.
Our experienced team understands banking compliance and blockchain operations and helps with non-standard tasks: cash settlements, international transfers and large amounts.
We work with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), GRAM (TON network), digital gold Tether Gold (XAUT), and the stablecoins USDT and USDC across multiple networks: TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, SOL and APT.
If the asset you need is not in the calculator, check with an operator — the list is updated regularly.
Yes. We screen digital assets for high-risk flags and signs of fraudulent activity.
This reduces the likelihood of additional checks and freezes for everyone involved in the deal.
We work only with trusted liquidity sources, screen crypto assets and avoid opaque schemes.
We support the client through to full completion of the deal and, if needed, help prepare documents to confirm operations.
The main directions are the UAE, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea and Japan, plus a number of others across Asia and the Middle East.
If the direction you need is not on the site, contact an operator — many are available on request.
That is not a problem — many of our clients exchange crypto for the first time.
We will help you create a wallet, choose the right network and make the transfer carefully, avoiding mistakes.
We do not control the decisions of third parties, but we do everything possible to reduce risk: we use trusted liquidity sources, follow compliance requirements, screen digital assets and support the client in disputed situations.
This is exactly why many clients choose us for the level of service and safety rather than the lowest rate.

Contact an operator and give your order number. To speed things up, have the receipt, the transaction hash (for crypto transfers) and a short description of the situation ready.
We support the client through to full completion of the deal.
If you notice the error before the payout begins, inform the manager immediately and give your order number. The earlier the alert, the higher the chance of correction.
Once the payout has already been initiated, changing the details may not be possible — especially for cryptocurrency transactions. Always double-check the address, network and amount before confirming.
A refund is possible if the transaction was not executed. Contact the manager, give your order number and the reason. Actual network, banking or payment-provider fees already incurred may be deducted from the amount.
For full details on terms and timelines, see the Refund Policy.
For cash deals the manager agrees the city, amount, currency, payout method and approximate time in advance. Once payment is confirmed, a meeting is arranged or the office address is given.
Cash handover terms are always confirmed within the order. We do not recommend changing the meeting point or payout method outside the agreed communication channel.
