How a deal works
Every order at Welcome Xchange follows a clear path: you agree the terms, send the funds, follow the status and receive your payout the way you chose.
1. You choose a route
You tell us what you want to give and what you want to receive.
- USDT → THB cash
- RUB → AED
- EUR cash → USDT
- USDT → bank transfer
- cash → crypto
- transfer → card or account
If the route is non-standard, your manager will clarify the details and suggest a workable scenario.
2. We calculate the terms
Before the deal, the following are agreed:
- amount
- currency you send
- currency you receive
- rate
- rate lock period
- payment method
- payout method
- city or country of execution
- estimated time
- any additional terms
3. An order is created
Once everything is agreed, an order with its own number is created.
The order page shows the current status of the operation, so you can see what is happening without guessing.
4. You send the funds
The client sends the funds to the agreed payment details or through the agreed payment method.
It is important to send funds only to the details confirmed for your order.
5. We confirm receipt
Once the funds arrive, the order moves to the next stage.
For crypto, the transaction may need to be confirmed on the network and pass a KYT check. For bank, card and cash routes, the actual receipt of funds is confirmed.
6. We make the payout
After payment is confirmed, Welcome Xchange makes the payout:
- in cash
- to a card
- to a bank account
- to a crypto wallet
- through a local payment method
- through an agreed partner scenario
7. The deal is completed
After the payout, the order receives its final status. The client can keep the order number, the payout confirmation and the conversation with the manager.
What can affect timing
- amount
- route
- crypto network
- bank checks
- partners’ working hours
- cash availability
- AML / KYC / KYT
- correctness of payment details
- market volatility
- additional approvals
We do not leave the client alone with the process. A manager supports the order until it is completed, and the deal status helps you see which stage the operation is at.
