Privacy Policy

What data we collect, why and how we protect it. We collect only what is needed to execute your order and meet compliance requirements.

1. What data we collect

  • A contact for communication (Telegram or email) given in the order.
  • Order parameters: route, amount, the recipient’s payment details.
  • Technical data (device type, approximate geolocation by IP) — for security and anti-fraud.
  • Verification data — only when KYC is triggered, through a provider.

2. How we use the data

The data is used to process the order, communicate about the deal, meet AML / KYC / KYT requirements and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Storage and protection

Data is stored in a protected infrastructure with restricted access. Sensitive fields are available only to operators and are not shown on public order status pages.

4. Your rights

You can ask for information about the data we hold or for its deletion, unless this conflicts with requirements to retain compliance documentation. Make a request through our contacts.
